We are looking for a HR manager to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Management of personnel administration in full (admission, dismissal, vacations, sick leave, time sheets, staff schedules, formation of other internal - -
- Management of personnel records in the 1C system; - Registration, recording, storage and support of labor books;
- Cooperation with state bodies, drawing up and submitting reports in accordance with current legislation;
- Preparation of references at the request of employees and consulting on personnel matters;
- Formation of personal files of employees;
- Preparation of job instructions, regulations, policies of the Company.
- Joining employees to salary banking projects, to the medical insurance program.
Our expectations from candidates:
- Mandatory experience with variability graphs;
- Knowledge of Labor Code, labor legislation;
- Experience working with different LLCs at the same time is welcome;
- Knowledge of 1C ZUP 8.3;
- Confident PC (MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet); knowledge of Excel is mandatory;
- Responsibility, sociability, attention to details, the ability to work in multitasking mode, compliance with the ethics of business communication.
