Personnel inspector in Agro-Ros, OOO

Knowledge:

• Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Word;
• 1C:Enterprise 8.2.3 ;
• Internet, Microsoft Outlook.

Tasks:

• Searching, selecting and evaluating candidates for vacant positions in accordance with the company's needs
• Conducting interviews with candidates and preparing recommendations for hiring them
• Organizing and maintaining documentation related to the hiring and firing of employees
• Executing administrative procedures related to personnel accounting and personnel documentation
• Interaction with the management and employees of the company on issues of personnel support
• Maintenance of military accounting.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of personnel and labor
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and maintain confidentiality
