We are inviting a responsible and experienced specialist to the position of Personnel Inspector at one of our factories. Your field of responsibility: Conducting the full cycle of personnel administration in accordance to the labor legislation in its entirety (acceptance, transfer, transfer, vacations, dismissal, leaves of incapacity for work, certificates from the place of work, MED.okit.p.); Formation and maintenance of personal files of employees. Compilation of work schedules, shift schedules, vacation schedules, work with summary accounting; Drafting of orders, development and implementation of regulatory documents (regulations, procedures and job instructions, etc.); candidates according to the profile); Interaction with controlling/checking bodies, reporting; Organization of preparation and archiving of documents; Consulting of company employees; Preparation of management reports and analytics. Expectations from candidates: Experience in a similar position of 2 years (experience in the production field will be an advantage); Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related specialties In-depth knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and experience in its application; High communication skills, the ability to work in a team and resolve conflict situations Attention to details, systematization and systematicity.
