Filling, record keeping and storage of labor books;Maintaining information on the number of personnel and their movement; Compilation and sending of relevant reports to state bodies;Consulting employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts;Maintenance of military records at the enterprise (full scope); Preparation of reports - notification of admission to the tax office (work in the program - MEDOK), ESV and other reports for the management of the company; Recruitment of new employees in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and internal procedures of the Company, verification of documents;Entering all personnel data into the personnel accounting system 1 C 8.1. Higher educationExperience as a personnel inspector from 3 yearsConfident command of 1C programs BAS, ZUP, M.E.Doc, Excel (consolidated tables)Experience of working in a company with a staff of 100 or more employeesIn-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legal framework of personnel administrationResponsibility, independence, attention to detail< /li>Proficient spoken and written Ukrainian languageConditions:
