Personnel evaluation specialist (HR department) in Varus

The VARUS national supermarket chain invites a Personnel evaluation specialist (HR department) to its head office.

Duties:

• Conducting structured interviews with the purpose of assessing personnel competencies
• Preparing reports based on interview results and recommendations for training and development of employees
• Participating in regular employee evaluations, organizing review procedures
• Participating in employee evaluations using the "360" method degrees"

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably psychology, sociology, personnel management)
• Work experience not critical, we will teach and develop))
• Proficient oral and written communication (Russian and Ukrainian)
