What will be in your hands (and heart):

  • Development and assessment of soft and hard skills of current employees, candidates for the personnel reserve, external candidates
  • Assessment of competencies, interviews (organization and conducting of mass evaluations; coordination and control of the absence of deviations of the schedules of certification marathons for retail and annual evaluation schedules)
  • Analysis of evaluation results, preparation of reports and recommendations for employees and managers
  • Expert support on evaluation issues (training and consulting of the team of recruiters and customers on the correct interpretation and decision-making for a specific candidate, nuances of working with assessment tools - we will develop)

In order to get started, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of classical and modern assessment methods
  • Experience in development and implementation evaluation
  • Skills for working with large volumes of data: processing and analysis of statistical information to evaluate the results of tests, surveys and other evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of personnel training methods
  • Experience with e-learning systems (LMS-systems, EdTech - preferred)
  • Ability to develop and apply competency assessment tools (preferred)
