What needs to be done?

• assess staff competencies using assessment centers and other tools;

• participate in the project of updating the competency model;
• conduct communications regarding the importance of competency assessment in the company;
• process the results, analyze the effectiveness of the assessment, generate reports and participate in providing feedback to the company's employees;
• participating in the development of HiPo development programs in the company for network employees and office staff;
• conducting employee evaluations during selection for managerial positions;

• participate in the organization of KPE evaluation process and 360, individual development plans.

What do we expect?

• work experience of 2 years or more in a position in the field of personnel management;
• experience of working with competency assessment (according to the model);
• experience of working with personnel assessment tools;
• li>skills for conducting assessment centers;
