We are looking for an ideological and results-oriented personnel development and training specialistto join ourfriendly >teamsand will participate in creating new and improving existing processes for training and staff development!

Key tasks:
- improvement of processes aimed at training, evaluation and development of personnel; 
 - supporting the process of staff assessment by competencies and creation of IPR, monitoring of their implementation;
 - identification of training needs, planning and management of the training budget;
 - organization of trainings, workshops, master classes and other educational events with the participation of experts from among employees; 
 - reporting on the results of training events.

We are looking for a person who:
- has relevant work experience, higher education;
- speaks English at a basic level;
- has a desire to work with the construction and implementation of an effective talent development system, development of individual development plans, preparation and conducting of training events;
 - is interested in modern methodology, innovative approaches to assessment, training and development of personnel;
- knows how to work in a team, has highly developed communication, planning and analytical skills.

Will be an advantage:
- work experience in production enterprises;
- knowledge of the Polish language.
