< em>Tasks:

- Search, selection and hiring of candidates for vacancies of various levels of complexity;

- Conducting a telephone interview;

- Organization face-to-face interviews with candidates;

- Candidate database management;

- Development and implementation of the recruitment strategy.

Requirements for the candidate:< /strong>

- Experience in a similar position will be an advantage, but not mandatory;

- High sociability, ability to build trusting relationships with people;

- High level of command of Ukrainian and Russian languages.

- Rate 20,000 hryvnias + bonuses for each relevant candidate, which allows a stable salary of 29,000 hryvnias and above;

- Schedule 5/2 from 9 to 19:00, with work in a comfortable office equipped with everything you need (including a generator and uninterrupted internet);
