• Responsibilities:
• assistance to the manager in solving problematic issues
• readiness for business trips
• Identification of violations by subordinate employees and warehouses
• Active search and selection of candidates of various levels (office, warehouse staff)
• Conducting initial telephone and personal interviews and evaluation of candidates;
• Conducting briefings , trainings, training of subordinate personnel.
