We are currently in need of a Personnel Assessment and Training Specialist.
What is important for us:
- Experience in a similar position - from 2 years.
- Experience in large , system companies.
- Knowledge of modern teaching and training methods.
- Ability to work with different categories of personnel and take into account their needs.
- Ability to organize and conduct training events offline and online.
- Ability to work with LMS - a system (learning platform), administration and record keeping.
- Skills in sales training. Understanding of sales stages.
- Ability to develop modern presentations and gamification of training
- Skills in personnel evaluation, ability to use different evaluation methods.
- Ability to work in multitasking mode.
- To be a team player.
- Communicativeness, eagerness for new knowledge, creativity, ability to find the positive in critical situations, rationality.
Tasks:
- Study of personnel needs in training and development.
- Development of presentations and training materials, optimization of existing methodical materials.
- Development of trainings, adaptation to customer needs.
- Conducting trainings, seminars, webinars, coaching sessions.
- Conducting post-training analysis of training effectiveness.
- Evaluation of effectiveness training and development of personnel and making appropriate changes to the programs.
- Evaluation of the quality and performance indicators of managers.
- Evaluation of the progress of managers and regular updating of their training plans in accordance with their development needs
