Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analytics of HR reports - collection, analysis and interpretation of data on personnel, team effectiveness, turnover rate;
• Close cooperation with operational processes - interaction with department heads to solve personnel issues, optimization of personnel management processes;
• Team inspiration - creation of a motivational environment, development of corporate culture, organization of team building and internal initiatives.
