We invite candidates for the position of Specialist in personnel and military accounting
Main duties:
Personnel administration in a fixed area of responsibility
- Preparation of orders and appropriate documents at hiring/transferring/dismissing employees.
- Preparation of documents regarding the granting of vacations and other absences
- Preparation of documents for payment of wages (time sheet, entering relevant data in 1C, payment orders, proper transfer of data to the accounting department, etc.)
- Issue of certificates, answers to information requests of employees and institutions.
- Submission of reports in accordance to the current legislation
- Formation of personal files of employees
Maintenance of military records of conscripts and conscripts of the Bayer group of companies in Ukraine
- Administration of military records of employees in accordance with the requirements of the law
- Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists
- Ensuring the reservation process of employees: checking the appropriate documents for submitting booking applications in Actions and their tracking, issuance of certificates for employees to confirm the status of reserved employees and other actions in accordance with the law
- Documentary support of the process of mobilization/demobilization of employees
- Notification of employees according to the requests of the TCC
- Issue of certificates, answers to information requests of employees and institutions.
- Providing consultations on issues of military registration and reservation to employees and managers units
- Reporting on military accounting and reservations in accordance with the requirements of the law
Maintenance of electronic personnel databases (1c, SAP)
- Maintaining information in electronic personnel databases up-to-date and in accordance with the current structure of the group of companies
- Displaying personnel movement of employees (admission/transfer/decree/dismissal)
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Labor Code and other regulatory acts of labor law
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of military accounting, booking and mobilization (the presence of the appropriate certificate will be an advantage)
- Experience in keeping military accounting at an enterprise
- Ability to work in 1C, SAP, MEDOC, ArtZvit
- Knowledge of the English language - Intermediate
- Ability to work in a team and focus on tasks, adaptability to changes.
