A specialist in personnel and military accounting.

Tasks:

Personnel administration:

• Maintaining a full cycle of personnel records in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation of Ukraine.
• Preparation and submission mandatory reporting to state bodies and military institutions within the established terms.
• Submission of notices on employment, dismissal, transfer, change of accounting and personal data of employees.
• Formation of labor relations - employment, transfer, dismissal of employees.
• Preparation, execution and maintenance of personnel orders,  (on personnel, vacations, business trips, organizational changes etc.).
• Conclusion, maintenance and administration of employment contracts and contracts, control of validity periods and compliance with conditions.
• Maintenance and updating of the staff list, job instructions, participation in their development and revision in accordance with changes in the organizational structure.
• Planning, accounting and control of vacations: annual, additional, social, unpaid and other types of vacations; formation and management of vacation schedules.
• Interaction with accounting on matters of payroll, vacations, sick leave, compensation and other payments.
• Communication with heads of departments on personnel issues, consulting on labor legislation and personnel procedures.
• Participation in processes of standardization of personnel document flow and improvement of the quality of HR service for employees.
• Maintenance electronic personnel databases (1C).

Maintenance of military accounting:

• Administration of military accounting data of employees in accordance with the requirements of the law and reconciliation of accounting data with TCC and SP.   
• Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
• Ensuring the booking process of company employees.
• Providing advice on military records and bookings to employees and department heads.
• Compiling reports on military records and bookings in accordance with the requirements of the law.

We expect from candidate:

• Higher education and work experience with a similar function for 3 years or more in companies with a staff of 300 or more employees (experience in production companies will be an advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other normative acts on labor legislation, control of changes in labor legislation.
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of military accounting, booking and mobilization (the presence of the appropriate certificate will be an advantage).
• Experience in keeping military records at the enterprise is mandatory.
• Ability to work in 1C, PFU.
• Attention, organization, discipline, responsibility and sociability.
• This position requires mandatory polygraph.
