Specialist in personnel and military accounting in Lobby X

Employer -a Ukrainian company that is a leading developer and manufacturer of antenna analyzers, transceiver interfaces and radio amateur software.

Responsibilities:

• maintenance of personnel records (registration of admission, transfer, dismissal of employees, personnel management affairs);
• submitting notifications to the tax service and the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
• registration and accounting of vacations employees;
• maintenance of working time schedules, timesheets, staff list;
• letter processing incapacity for work;
• preparation of orders and other personnel documents;
• completion, maintenance and accounting of labor books;
• military accounting;
• participation in process automation, creation of technical tasks for automated systems accounting.

Main task:

• Restoration and maintenance of personnel records. Military accounting and reporting.

Requirements:

• work experience of 2 years or more, excellent knowledge of labor legislation and military accounting requirements;
• experience working with personnel and military accounting;
• experience working with primary documents:
• higher education;
• ability to undergo training in military accounting and obtain a certificate;
• ability to learn and learning the material.

Terms:

• Office work from 9:00 to 18:00 (right bank).
