Personnel administrator in Kompaniya Bon Buasson, TOV

Our team is hiring a personnel administrator!

Requirements:

• High level of knowledge of labor legislation, legislative and normative acts on personnel accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of personnel administration: the procedure for creating, maintaining and preserving personnel documentation.
• Experience in personnel accounting for 2 years at enterprises with more than 500 employees.
• Confident PC user.
• Ability to communicate effectively, attention to detail, responsibility.
• Military accounting qualification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes to them related to work activities.
< li>Maintenance, accounting and storage of labor books.
• Keeping records of the granting of vacations to employees, control of the drawing up and observance of regular vacation schedules.
• Administration of the personnel document flow of the company's divisions.

• Full time in the office (from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Mon-Fri).
