REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: higher education, experience of working in the personnel department for 2 years or more; knowledge of personnel administration; thorough knowledge of the regulatory framework (KzpP, Law on vacations, etc.); work experience in 1C (Knowledge of ZUP 8.3); knowledge of the English language at the Pre level -intermediate. MAIN FUNCTIONAL DUTIES: organization and management of the company's personnel records; provision of advice on labor legislation; interaction with state authorities.
