REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• higher education,
• 2 years of work experience in the personnel department;
• knowledge of personnel administration;
• perfect knowledge of the regulatory framework (KzpP, Law on vacations, etc.);
• work experience in 1C (Knowledge of ZUP 8.3);
• knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level.

MAJOR FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• organization and management of personnel records of the company;
• providing consultations on issues of labor legislation;
• interaction with state bodies.
