REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Higher education
- Experience of working in the human resources department for 2 years or more
- Knowledge of HR office administration
- Perfect knowledge of the regulatory framework (KZpP, Law on Vacations, etc.)
- Work experience in 1C (Knowledge of ZUP 8.3)
- Knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level (will be an advantage)
BASIC FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:
- Organization and management of the company's personnel records
- Providing advice on labor legislation
- Interaction with state bodies
- Maintenance of military records
