We need your professionalism for:

• full personnel support of the Bank's employees in accordance with the requirements of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
• registration of hiring, transfer, dismissal and vacations of employees;
• preparation and support of personnel orders, notifications to the DPS and other mandatory reporting;
• maintenance of personal files, work books, personnel documentation and archive;
• work with timesheets, sick leave and vacation schedules;
• interaction with internal units, government bodies and participation in inspections; participation in the development and updating of internal regulatory documents.

You are our candidate if:

• you have practical experience in managing personnel records in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
• you are well oriented in admission, transfer, dismissal, and vacation accounting procedures;
• confidently work with personnel accounting systems and office programs;
• attentive to details, responsible and systematic in working with documents;
• able to independently plan work and meet deadlines;
• correctly and professionally communicate with employees and managers;
• obey the principles of ethics and confidentiality.

It will be an advantage:

• experience in the banking sector.
