Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Keeping records of the personnel of the enterprise and making timely changes to the staffing schedule of the enterprise;
- Forming and managing personal files of employees, making changes related to work activities;
- Filling, keeping records and keeping work books, determining the length of service, issuing reference;
- Support of processes related to personnel (admission, transfer, dismissal, combination) in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions;
- Keeping records of the granting of vacations, sick leaves of employees;
- Maintenance of personnel documentation: employment contracts, agreements on termination of employment relations, loan agreements, personal documents, job instructions, staffing schedule, orders, certificates etc.;
- Administration of the monthly payroll process by the human resources department (salaries, bonuses, one-time payments, extra payments, retention and other salary information); cooperation with the accounting department on payroll issues; support of all personnel-related payments.
