Personnel administration specialist in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

The insurance company UNIQA - the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites a Specialist in personnel administration to its team.

What needs to be done:

• Keeping cards in the accounting system and the necessary documentation.
• Entering the data of new employees into the internal system.
• Formation and storage of paper personal files.
• Control of maternity leave, reminders about the expiration and maintenance of lists.
• Control of the expiration of MSEK certificates for the disabled and collection of documents.
• li> Issuing certificates to employees
• Filling, scanning and transferring work books to the pension fund
• Preparing documents for tenders
• Submitting lists of employees for Wellbeing programs
• Management of DMS contracts: submission, exclusion, extension, payment of bills
• Organization of the dismissal process: preparation of orders, entering data into the system, maintaining paper documentation, sending work books, filling out P2 cards, bypass letters

Requirements:

• Experience in the field of personnel administration will be an advantage, but not mandatory
• Knowledge labor legislation of Ukraine
• Knowledge of MS Office
• High level of organization, attention to details, responsibility.
• Communication skills and the ability to work in a team
