Our expectations:
- 2-3 years of work experience as a personnel manager (inspector of the personnel department);
- desire and ability to work with documents (personnel document flow);
- in-depth knowledge of KZotT and all new developments in in the field of labor laws;
- smartness and attention to detail;
- ability to organize oneself and streamline processes, including automating existing processes;
- ability to work independently and focused;
- attitude to the needs of internal customers;
- legal education will be an advantage.
Your responsibility:
- HR office management (admission, dismissal, vacations, business trips, accounting, etc.);
- organization of business trips, business trips for company employees in Ukraine and abroad
- calculation of business trip estimates, budget control
- booking tickets, ordering hotels, transfers, services (if necessary) at airports, etc.
- issuing invitations, visas, documents necessary for the trip
- solving organizational issues matters related to business trips
- organization of effective exchange of documents, submission of reports;
- communicate with all employees, convey the necessary information;
- help in the organization of internal events of the Company.
