YOUR TASKS AND THE DUTIES OF THE POSITION WILL BE:

• maintenance of the full cycle of personnel records in accordance with the requirements of the labor legislation of Ukraine;
• registration of admission, transfer, vacations, business trips and dismissal of employees;
• formation and maintenance of personal files of employees, personal cards, records of personnel documents;
• preparation and registration personnel orders, certificates, official memos and other personnel documents;
• maintenance of timesheet records and interaction with divisions regarding personnel issues;
• maintenance of military records, interaction with territorial recruitment centers (TCC);
• preparation and submission of prescribed personnel reports to state bodies;
• work with electronic personnel systems, maintenance of personnel data in SAP;
• control of the relevance of personnel data and compliance with the requirements of the company's internal policies;
• participation in the processes of automation of personnel accounting and optimization of HR processes.

OUR WISHES FOR FUTURE EMPLOYEE:

• complete higher education;
• 3 years of experience as a personnel officer in large system companies or holdings;
• experience in military accounting and interaction with TCC;
• expert knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation;
• practical experience in automated personnel accounting systems (SAP will be an advantage).
