Personnel administration manager in TERRA FUD

Your main tasks will be:

• Managing personnel records in full accordance with current legislation (preparation of orders, certificates, specifications, hiring, transfer, dismissal, vacations of all kinds, registration of sick leave, time sheets, etc.); 

 

• Maintenance of all forms of reporting (state employment center, quota category calculation and internal reporting); 

 

• Monitoring changes in legislation on employment and social security; 

• Development and updating of organizational structures of individual divisions and the company as a whole, description of business processes; 

candidates:

• Higher education;

• 3 years of work experience in a similar position (work experience in manufacturing companies will be an advantage);

• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and other regulatory acts;

• Experience of passing inspections (Ministry of Labor, Social Insurance, Fund for disabled persons);

• Experience of business correspondence with the TCC and SP, the Ministry of Defense and relevant ministries (Minagro) regarding the correction of errors in the state. Registers;

• A confident user of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook, Excel, Project), 1C8 (experience of writing tasks for revision in 1C);

• High level of organizational skills, responsibility, efficiency, communication, responsibility, scrupulousness, attention to details;

• Ability to work with a large amount of information in multitasking mode.
