We invite a highly qualified and energetic Personnel Administration Inspector join our dynamic team. 

Workplace p. Khilchitsy (near Zolochiv)

Responsibilities:

• Management of personnel administration (number of about 200 employees)
• Keeping military records
• Search and hire new employees in accordance with the needs of the company (production personnel).
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit">Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates that meet job requirements. 

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position is not less than 2 years
• Knowledge of labor legislation< /font>
• Initiative and openness to new experiences
• High responsibility and organization
• Knowledge of office programs: MS Word, Excel, preferably 1C. 
• Knowledge of modern personnel search and hiring methods.
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
