What needs to be done:

• Improving the methodology of the adaptation process of new employees
• Updating existing adaptation programs for business areas and company assets
• Coordinating the development of training courses for labor specialties - in cooperation with internal experts and partners.
• Organization and support of the adaptation process: control of the execution of stages, communication with managers, assistance to newcomers at the start.
• Participation in additional projects for the development and improvement of adaptation programs
• Preparation of analytics and reporting on the effectiveness of the adaptation process, suggestions for improvements

Expected experience:

• Experience in the field of HR / Learning & Development / personnel adaptation from 2 years
• Understanding of modern methods of attracting, training and retaining employees
• Ability to work with a large amount of information, conduct analysis and form recommendations
• Experience with HR systems will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, systematicity, proactivity, adaptability
