Personnel accounting specialist (with military accounting)/accountant assistant

Requirements

-experience in personnel accounting from 5 years;
-experience of military accounting at the enterprise;
-attention to details;
-ability to quickly perceive a large amount of information and learn quickly;
-high level of responsibility and self-organization.

Responsibilities

-conducting personnel records (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine) - staff up to 50 hours
- formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes related to labor activity.
-filling, record-keeping and storage of work books,
-development of job instructions
-record-keeping of vacations granted to employees, control over the preparation and observance of regular vacation schedules.
-maintenance of the archive of personal files, after the expiration of the established terms of current storage, preparation of documents for their submission to the state archive.
-accounting of business trips, preparation of primary documents;
-filling in the time sheet;
-accounting of conscripts (verification of military documents, booking of employees, preparation of reports on reserved;
-work with the electronic office of the PF, online service TIMELY;
-control over the availability of correctly issued documents from suppliers , sending documents to suppliers,
-archiving documents,
-execution of chief accountant's orders, interaction with other departments of the enterprise plus
