Personnel accounting specialist in UDI GROUP

UDI GROUP is an association of Ukrainian companies in the defense and security sector under the general management of the investment fund Ukrainian Defense Innovations (UDI). The companies of the group are licensed manufacturers and suppliers of the Ministry of Defense and other power structures of the country. Some of the enterprises were created in 2014.

Among the areas of operation of the companiesUDI GROUP are sewing production, design division, production of specialized fabrics, demining agents, polymer parts, armor elements, ammunition, UAVs, humanitarian demining operator. The primary task of the companies of the group is to provide the fighters of the Defense Forces of Ukraine with high-quality and reliable means of protection, as well as means of defeating the enemy.

In connection with the increase in volume work, we are expanding the HR department and are looking for a personnel administration specialist who will cooperate in a team with a military accounting specialist and a payroll accountant.

Main duties:

• Organization and maintenance of personnel records in full.
• Timely registration/transfer/release employees.
• Timely submission of notifications to the PFU and M.E.Doc.
• Formation and high-quality management of personal files of active and dismissed employees.
• Accounting of employee vacations, control over drawing up and compliance with regular vacation schedules.
• Compilation of staff list, job instructions, instructions, necessary reports.
• Organization and control of signing and proper storage personnel documents.
