What we expect from you:
- experience working as a specialist in personnel accounting 2+ years with a staff of 200+ employees
- experience with 1C, ZUP, BAS and MasterBook - will be an advantage
- knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and standards of personnel record keeping and accounting
- literate oral and written Ukrainian language
- knowledge of English will be useful
- you have a high level of attentiveness to the details
- you can periodically work from our office / the client's office in Kyiv.
What tasks will you work on:
- registration: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, holidays
- working with sick leaves, calculation of insurance length
- registration of personnel orders, basic activities, vacations, business trips, organizational changes, etc.
- preparation and formation of employment contracts, control of validity periods and compliance with conditions
- formation and management of: personal files, vacation schedules, report cards
- work in 1C, Excel, Word, MEDoc.
