What we expect from you:

• experience working as a specialist in personnel accounting 2+ years with a staff of 200+ employees
• experience with 1C, ZUP, BAS and MasterBook - will be an advantage
• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and standards of personnel record keeping and accounting
• literate oral and written Ukrainian language
• knowledge of English will be useful
• you have a high level of attentiveness to the details
• you can periodically work from our office / the client's office in Kyiv.

What tasks will you work on:

• registration: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, holidays
• working with sick leaves, calculation of insurance length
• registration of personnel orders, basic activities, vacations, business trips, organizational changes, etc.
• preparation and formation of employment contracts, control of validity periods and compliance with conditions
• formation and management of: personal files, vacation schedules, report cards
• work in 1C, Excel, Word, MEDoc.
