The company offers: interesting dynamic work in a successful and developing company; official salary and employment according to the Labor Code; the possibility of professional and career growth in a friendly team .Functional responsibilities: Management of personnel records in full (number of employees from 700); Compilation of personnel orders; Management and registration of personal files; Completion, maintenance and accounting of work books; Submission of aggregate data to the accounting department for salary calculation; Compilation and keeping timesheets; Drawing up vacation schedules and staffing; Issuing certificates from the place of work; Preparing various forms of reports for the manager; Consulting employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts. Our wishes for candidates: Higher education, secondary special; Experience of working as a specialist in the personnel accounting department from 1 year in companies with 700 or more employees; Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts (tracking changes in legislation); Confident PC user (1C, ZUP, Excel, Outlook); Analytical skills intelligence, attention to detail, good communication skills, organization, punctuality; Competent oral and written language.
