Mykoly Trublaini, 113 Functional duties: Management of personnel records in full (the number of employees from 700); Drafting of personnel orders; Management and registration of personal files; Completion, maintenance and accounting of work books; Providing the accounting department with aggregate data for calculating wages Compilation and maintenance of timesheets; Compilation of vacation schedules and staffing; Issuance of certificates from the workplace; Preparation of various forms of reports for the manager; Consultation of employees on personnel issues in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts.
