We are looking for an experienced staff accountant accounting and payroll to join our professional team.

We are hiring candidates who are looking forMAIN JOB WITH FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT. We do not consider part-time applications.

Main duties:

< li>Maintenance of personnel records: hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees.
• Preparation and maintenance of personnel records documentation (employment contracts, orders, personnel files).
• Calculation and calculation of wages, premiums, vacation, sick pay.
• Preparation and submission of reports to state bodies (PFU, SFS, FSS and others).
• Consulting clients on issues of labor legislation and wages.

• Maintenance of time sheets.
• Working with banking systems for payroll.
• Ensuring timely and correct processing of payments, deductions and taxes.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Education in the field of accounting, finance or economics.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Sure knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine .
• Experience of working with 1C programs, M.E.Doc, client-bank.
• Excellent working skills with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work with large amounts of information, attention to details.
• High level of responsibility, organization and communication.
• Ability to work in a team.
