Personnel accountant in VYTACH

This is the VYTACH team. We develop and manufacture products in the fields of navigation systems and digital signal processing. Currently, our priority is cooperation with manufacturers interacting with the Defense Forces of Ukraine to technologically strengthen their solutions. Therefore, we are currently looking for a personnel accountant who will keep records of employees, monitor gig contracts in Diya.City, calculate rewards and help the team keep all personnel and accounting processes transparent and timely.

You will:

• Keeping personnel records of employees and gig specialists (admission, changes, termination of contracts).

• Formation and maintenance of gig contracts in accordance with the requirements of Diya.City.

• Preparation and submission of reports to DIA.City other bodies.

• Recording of working hours, vacations, sick leave (for full-time employees if necessary).

• Control of compliance with legislation and Diya.City residency conditions.

• Interaction with other departments of the enterprise regarding personnel and tax questions.
  

We expect from you:

• Working experience with Diya.City (gig-contracts, reporting)">Knowledge of labor and tax legislation of Ukraine.

• Experience in calculation of salaries/remunerations, personal income tax, income tax, social security.

• Human resource management skills for full-time employees and gig specialists.

• Experience in preparing and submitting reports to the DPS and PFU.

• Confident use of accounting programs (1C / BAS or similar), Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

• Attention to detail, responsibility, confidentiality.

• Ability to independently organize work and interact with other departments
