We are expanding our dream team and we are looking for a Personal VIP Manager (German language)
/p> - maintaining user activity on projects; - returning customers from inactivity; - analyzing the behavior of the customer base, providing personalized assistance to customers and forming a positive customer experience on the project ; - processing incoming and outgoing communications in accordance with tasks and customer requests. 💪 Your skills: - fluent English and German (both written and spoken) - ability to communicate on the phone and in letters; - ability to interest the client in projects, it is interesting to highlight the positive aspects of the project ; - work with player objections; - multitasking; - desire to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge. p>- Ability to work within the schedule 13:00-22:00.
