We are expanding our dream team and looking for < strong style="font-weight: bold">Personal VIP Manager (German language)

Your future tasks:

• control of the base of VIP players;
• maintenance of user activity on projects;
• return of clients from inactivity;
• behavior analysis client base, providing personalized assistance to clients and forming a positive client experience on the project;
• processing of incoming and outgoing communications in accordance with the tasks and requests of clients.

 Your skills:

• fluent English and German (both written and spoken)
• ability to communicate on the phone and in letters ;
• the ability to interest the client in projects, it is interesting to highlight the positive aspects of the project;
• work with player objections;
• multitasking;
• the desire to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge.
• Ability to work within the schedule 13:00-22:00. Work schedule from SR to ND
  
  

Desirable, but not critical:

• ability to use Excel;
• experience working with SoftSwiss administration.
• experience working in gambling.
