We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Personal VIP Manager AU.

 Your future tasks:< /strong>

• control of the base of VIP players;
• support of user activity on projects;
• return of customers from inactivity;
• analysis of the behavior of the customer base, provision of personalized assistance to customers and formation of a positive customer experience on the project;
• processing of incoming and outgoing communications in accordance with tasks and customer requirements requests;
• work simultaneously in several communication channels: calls, letters, messengers.
• possibility to work according to the schedule of 6:30-15:30 Kyiv time. Work schedule from Mon to Fri.

Your skills:

• fluent English (both spoken and written)
• experience in gambling;
• ability to communicate on the phone and in letters;
• ability to interest the client projects, it is interesting to emphasize the positive aspects of the project;
• work with the objections of the players;
• multitasking;
• the ability to allocate working time and adhere to the set deadlines;

• desire to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;
• empathy and stress resistance in complex cases.

Preferred but not critical:

• ability to use Excel;
• experience with SoftSwiss administration.
