As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand of the Founder , ensuring smooth operation and helping him focus on the main strategic goals of the company. You will be responsible for managing his schedule, organizing important meetings, conducting business correspondence and performing various tasks that will contribute to increased efficiency and productivity. You will not only support his daily activities, but also create conditions for the implementation of the most ambitious plans and initiatives.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning the working day of the Founder: maintaining a calendar, organizing meetings, preparing for them.
  • Organizing foreign and domestic business trips: ordering tickets, hotel reservations, visa processing.
  • Information search and analytics: collection and analysis of data related to market opportunities and challenges; study and analysis of commercial proposals from partners.
  • Coordination of work with other departments of the company.

  • Main requirements:

    • Work experience: minimum 3 years as a personal assistant, executive assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in a dynamic environment.
    • Communication experience: at least 2 years of work and direct communication with the business owner.
    • Languages: Ukrainian and English at C1 level.
    • Attention to details: thoroughness in work and consideration of the owner's wishes.
    • Trust: ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Excellent time management skills and positive attitude.
    • High communication skills: specificity and clarity in communication.
    • Ability to find a common language with people at different levels.
