A young businessman is looking for a personal assistant to help manage his daily tasks and improve his life and that of his family. Your responsibilities: Time management: Manage the manager's schedule, coordinate time for training, meetings with the driver and other events. Travel support: Organize travel , hotel, transfer and ticket reservations. Household organization: Help manage household affairs and organize leisure activities. Search for information and contractors: Perform search and information gathering, including legalization in different countries and finding a lawyer. Maintaining body check-up chart: Follow up to the manager's health. Reminders: Keep a list of important dates, including friends' birthdays and important events. Purchase of goods and services: Provide favorable conditions for purchases and cooperation with contractors. Requirements: Fluency in English (level B2). Experience as an assistant manager for a year. Highly organized, attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks. Pleasant voice, ability to understand half a word and offer help. Discipline and ability to work independently. Willingness to be on call 24/7, especially during the manager's travels. We offer: Remote work: Work from anywhere in the world.
