Personal assistant to the manager in Siri-Pro

We are looking for a modern and friendly personal assistant for a creative director. Bigshow.ua What is important to us: Experience in a similar position or experience in performing administrative tasks; Driving experience, driver's license is a must; Fluency in PC (like to use new services, learn them, be a digital assistant for the manager); Ease in communication, friendship, empathy; Love for children. Responsibilities: Search for information, its analysis; Manager's time management; Reminders about events, birthdays, selection of gifts; In the afternoon - communication with the manager's daughter (8 years old), choosing her type of sport, coach, take away and monitor the effectiveness of classes; Solving household errands, ordering services. What we offer: Full employment — Mon-Fri 10:00 a.m. — 7:00 p.m. (then be in touch if necessary); Hybrid work format (you can work from home, from the office, travel around the city).
