Responsibilities:
Optimization of the manager's working time
Improving the team's work efficiency
Organization and coordination of business meetings, conference calls
Oral and written translation (English language)
Assistance in the preparation of presentations, brochures, analytical materials
Execution of manager's orders and administrative support
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (not lower than B2 level)
Experience in an international environment will be an advantage
High level of responsibility and systematicity
Proactivity and motivation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in multitasking mode
Ability to work with deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, packages Adobe
