Our key projects: ua.puma.com, adidas.ua, adidas.kz, md-fashion.ua, ultra-shop.com, newbalance.ua, saks85.com and others. We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to COO. This the offer is just for you if you: have experience of working as an assistant to the company manager for at least 2 years and a complete higher education; You are distinguished by a certain flexibility in work (you have the opportunity and understanding of the need to be in touch during non-working hours); You have the same perfectionism and pedantry that interfere with your life a little ;) The holder of a black belt in time management and know how to plan productive work in remote and /or hybrid format of work; You have written and spoken English at the Upper Intermediate level; A fan of digitization and a master in working with Google services and programs: Excel (important!), Power Point, Data Studio. Trello and Jira (as an advantage); You have such personal qualities as multitasking, diligence, meticulousness, flexibility, logical thinking, stress resistance and a high sense of responsibility; You have a great sense of humor. Your responsibilities: Plan the manager's work schedule, control deadlines for completing tasks; Organize meetings, negotiations. Record the results of meetings and agreements, inform the responsible persons; Conduct business correspondence and communication with clients, employees and contractors; Prepare presentations, reports, tables (work with Excel) and search for information at the request of the manager; Travel support: route planning, hotel reservations, purchases tickets, etc.; To carry out other official and personal assignments of the manager within the framework of the position held.
