Organization, provision and administration of events with the participation of the manager: meetings, business trips, team events;
Keeping minutes of meetings and meetings, monitoring the execution of assignments and assigned tasks, sending messages, providing reports to the manager ;
Compilation of financial, statistical reports, business documentation, preparation of reports, draft orders;

Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level, a high level of Ukrainian;
Skills in preparing analytical reports and presentations
Customer orientation, excellent planning and communication skills (oral and written);
Attention to details, diplomacy and knowledge of business etiquette;
Orderly documents, and namely the existing military registration document in accordance with the current legislation, a passport (not expired) and others.
