We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with exceptional English language skills and a strong ability to manage various tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of widely-used software programs, experience with ClickUp, and excellent writing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle email correspondence, including drafting replies, managing inboxes, and communicating with banks and other institutions.
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with various writing tasks, including drafting documents, reports, and other content as needed.
• Utilize ClickUp for task management and project tracking.
• Provide technical support and assistance with commonly used software programs.
• Other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
• Experience managing calendars and emails for busy professionals.
• Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
• Technical understanding of widely-used programs (please specify if you have expertise in particular tools).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a remote or fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of additional tools or software in the industry.
