✅ Your future tasks:
- control of the base of VIP players;
- support of user activity on projects;
- return of clients from inactivity;
- analysis of the behavior of the client base, provision of personalized assistance to clients and formation of a positive client experience on the project;
- processing of incoming and outgoing communications according to tasks and customer requests.
💪 Your skills:
- work experience in gambling;
- fluent English (both written and spoken)
- ability to communicate on the phone and in letters;
- ability to interest the client in projects, it is interesting to highlight the positive aspects project;
- working with player objections;
- multitasking;
- willingness to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge.
🤞Desirable, but not critical:
- ability to use Excel;
- experience working with admin SoftSwiss.
