We are expanding our dream team and are looking for a Personal Account Manager ✅ Your future tasks: - vip database control players; - supporting user activity on projects; - returning inactive players; - analyzing the behavior of the client base; - providing personalized assistance to clients and forming a positive client experience on projects; - processing incoming and outgoing communication according to tasks and client requests; 💪 Your skills:- high level of English and German (Advanced); - experience working with iGaming products; - ability to communicate on the phone and in letters; - ability to interest the client in projects, interestingly highlight the positive aspects of the project; - work with player objections; - multitasking; - desire to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge; - empathy and stress resistance in complex cases. 🤞 Desirable, but not critical: - ability to use excel; - experience working with softswiss admin.
