As a  Performance Test Lead,  you will be working for our client, a global financial services institution on their My Access Portal (MAP) Project. This project involves testing Identity and Access Management provisioning on SailPoint and its integrations. You will ensure the performance of the solution and migration across all phases of testing, including functional testing, SIT, UAT, and performance testing, leading to pre-production handover. The project is significant, involving large data volumes and the migration of numerous existing accounts, groups, and profiles to a new SAS solution.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Experience in high-volume performance testing in a complex global environment
• Experience in test tool selection and recommendations based on environmental assessments
• Expertise in defining comprehensive performance test strategies, including scope, risks, and resource requirements
• Proven ability to deliver within agreed timelines using Waterfall methodology
• Strong skills in reviewing and providing feedback on complex architecture, solution, and integration documentation
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing
• Capability to recognize risks and issues and raise/report them promptly
• Leadership skills to guide other performance test engineers when required
• Expert knowledge of JMeter and LoadRunner, including licensing, configuration, dashboards, and reporting

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience in testing Identity Access Management applications/infrastructure or other complex end-to-end infrastructure
