We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for an ambitious, ethical and experienced Performance Team Leader with sparkling eyes who will lead the Revenue-generating marketing team players to even greater achievements. Organizing the work of team in a way that allows achievement of company goals & individual KPIs
Developing and implementing multichannel performance marketing strategy on multiple markets
Analyzing, reporting and creating recommendations with the aim of growing Revenue, ROI & team efficiency
Improving & automating processes in the areas closely connected to traffic & revenue generation: performance marketing, influencer marketing, SEO, marketplaces & analytics
Closely monitoring trends & competition to make sure the best available solutions are used
Cooperating with agencies/contractors to maximize Revenue, ROI & team efficiency
Organizing hypothesis testing process inside the team as a part of BAU to constantly look for & test creative solutions
Supporting the team in their day-to-day & making sure they reach their KPIs

You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing & at least a year as a team leader

You have a proactive approach to life

Creating and running multi-channel digital marketing strategies and performance campaigns is your BAU
You are constantly expanding your knowledge and following trends in the digital marketing field
