Analysis of the effectiveness and efficiency of activities carried out - use of Google Analytics and other tools. Drawing conclusions from the activities carried out - reporting. Monitoring competition activities. Participation in creating a marketing strategy. Recommending actions to improve campaign effectiveness. Participation in industry conferences and meetings regarding Google Ads optimization. Cooperation with various company departments and marketing agencies. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in creating and optimizing advertising campaigns - fashion industry. Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Studio, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, MS Excel. Very good knowledge and use of MS Excel. Very good knowledge of programs such as Yandex, Hotjar, Brand24 or similar. Ability to effectively optimize advertising campaigns and create new ones, tailored to the current needs of the company, based on designated KPIs. Analytical sense and drawing conclusions from conducted activities - working on e-commerce data. Ability to work in a team and the ability to set priorities. Ability to work under time pressure - meeting project deadlines. Commitment, independence, responsibility for project implementation. Welcome: Current Google Ads certifications. Knowledge of SEO principles. Knowledge of the TikTok application. Other foreign languages ​​(German, Ukrainian, Russian).
