Performance Marketing Manager in BSG

BSG is a leader in the world of communications solutions, bringing technology and innovation together for business. Our clients are companies seeking to communicate effectively and reliably with their audiences. We are a SaaS Communication Platform operating in Tir 1 and Tir 2 markets, of course except Russia and Belarus. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team and develop new A2P and AI products.    What you will do: ✨Together with the team, develop and manage longchamp and product promotion strategies:    - Develop and implement hypotheses to promote our products.    - Build and optimize digital funnels to increase conversions.    - Set up, launch and manage advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Telegram feeds, Reddit and Product Hunt.    - Use AI tools to create creatives and write text that hooks.✨Analytics and Reporting:    - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC and ROMI, analyze data and draw conclusions.    - Writing hypothesis result reports, monthly reports. ✨Budget Management:    - Effectively manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.    - Analyze costs and results, quickly adjust strategies to improve performance. ✨Team Collaboration:    - Collaborate with content, design and development team to create compelling and effective promotional materials.    - Collaborate with partners and contractors to achieve common goals.    - Implement trigger emails into marketing funnels. What we expect: Experience and knowledge that will yield quality traffic and lead generation - Minimum 2 years of experience in digital/performance marketing. - Work cases and willingness to show funnel portfolio with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra, YouTube, Email and other channels. - Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (G4), GTM, Amplitude. - Experience with Telegram channels, Reddit and Product Hunt. - Skilled in working with implementing trigger emails into marketing funnels.  2. Skills: - Analytical mindset and attention to detail. - Understanding of unit economics and ability to apply this knowledge to optimize marketing spend and advertising channel selection - Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment with strict deadlines. - Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.  3.
